ISOL 53 INSULATING SLEEVES
These sleeves are characterised by low thermal conductivity and high insulating power, due to the
high quality of the raw material and the special vacuum production technique that give the
product an apparent density of about 0,3/0,5 gr/cm3 . The low density, the high insulation and the
considerable permeability, enable the use of all types of metal, from steel to aluminium, with a
marked reduction in the volume of the riser, when compared to those in sand.
The maximum capacity of the volume settling is 30/40%.


ISOL30 INSULATING SLEEVES
These sleeves have low thermal conductivity and thus high insulating power due to the use of prime quality raw materials and the vacuum production method which gives the product an apparent density of about 0.3/0.5 gr/cm3 . The use of biosoluble fibres with melting point of 1000/1200 C°.
Their low density, outstanding insulation and considerable permeability make them ideal above all for non-ferrous metals and some types of cast iron, with a significant reduction in riser volume compared to those made from sand.
The maximum setting shrinkage capacity is 30/40%.
